N.Korea blames U.S. for nuclear tensions
The Korea Jurists Committee accused U.S. policy of worsening inter-Korean relations in a lengthy statement released on Sunday via the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).  “The military tension repeated on the peninsula has originated from the invasive nature of the U.S., regarding North Korea with hostility,” the statement reads. It spoke of North Korea’s ongoing efforts to end the threat of nuclear war, through not only dialogue and negotiation, but also international law and international organizations.Visit NK News for more
