The narrator, Cori Brackett recovered from MS (Multiple Sclerosis) following the removal of aspartame from her diet, which she had been ingesting from drinking diet coke and 'natural sweeteners'. She interviews several experts in the field, including Dr. Russell Blaylock, author of the book Excitotoxins, and Arthur Evangelista, a former FDA Investigator, amongst others.
